Osorakan Snow Park

The Snow Park on the slopes of Mt. Osorakanzan (1346m), the highest peak in Hiroshima prefecture. Enjoy the powerful downhill trail which starts from the summit with its panoramic view of the Japan Sea and descends 500m and covering a distance of 2.5km. In the summit area you can also see frost covered trees which are an unusual sight in Western Japan. The 100% natural snow trails are expansive and divided into 4 areas: the upper slopes are challenging and suited to advanced level skiers; the trails on the lower slopes are wide and gentle and perfect for all levels from beginners to advanced. In front of Ushikogoya Kogen Rest House there is a kids area which has the 'Momo' air dome and is popular with children. There are three restaurants in the resort area offering a wide selection of food. The rest rooms are also open 24 hours a day.
