MIZUHO HIGHLAND

At Mizuho Highland, the contrast of the deep green, white snow and blue skies will make you feel at one with nature and the liberating views of the Japan sea from the summit area and the scenery of frost covered forests will give you a sense of the extraordinary. The trails, which boast a descent in altitude of 721m and dramatic scale, include the 3.6km long trail from the summit, deep snow trails, trails for intermediate and advanced levels that will stir up the desire to ski and also well equipped snow park, half pipe and snow cross attractions. Alternatively the slopes in the summit area, that give an abundant sense of space, are recommended for beginners. Access is great being only 5 minutes from the Mizuho interchange on the Hamada expressway!
