Sapporo Teine
Sapporo Teine is conveniently located 7 minutes by car from the Teine IC on the Sasson expressway and 40 minutes from Sapporo city center.
From the summit, which is over 1,000m in altitude, you can look out over Sapporo city and Ishigari bay and enjoy prime powder snow and a 6km long beginners trail.
In the Highland Zone, on the upper slopes of Mt. Teine, there is a 'Girl's Large Slalom', 'Men's Slalom' and also the popular 'Northern Wall', which is a famously steep and wild area of the slopes where the snow grooming machines can't go.
In the Olympia Zone, situated on the middle slopes of Mt. Teine, the attractions include the 'Birch Sunshine' trail, where families and beginners can ski at ease, as well as a kids park and various snow attractions.
The ski resort in Sapporo city with superb access where you can enjoy high quality powder snow at an altitude of over 1,000m! The varied and diverse trails are also amongst some of the attractions!
