GALA YUZAWA SNOW RESORT
The ski center is directly connected to the Shinkansen station. Even by car it's only a 5 minute ride from the highway interchange. The rental equipment, which is mostly Salomon, is upgraded to the latest models every year. There are excellent facilities including locker rooms with adjoining changing rooms and bidet toilets. A gondola from the ski center takes you straight to the powder snow trails. There are various trails from gentle to steep so even beginners will have a great time. We recommend that you try out the southern area which has the appeal of powerful uncompressed snow trails and the Falcon trail on the lower slopes which has spectacular views and takes your right down to the ski center. After a hard day of skiing get refreshed in SPA GALA-NO-YU which has hot spring baths, a fitness pool, and outdoor Jacuzzis. GALA - the easy way to enjoy the snow.
